There is suddenly an eruption of Mexican restaurants in the Metro in the past year. I’m quite happy to see that more and more Filipinos enjoy Mexican cuisine. Locals have favored Japanese and Italian fares for quite some time. It’s time to open them up to the wonderful world of Me-*hic*-o. Don’t forget to order you ice cold beer or margarita with the dishes!

A stack house of corn chips drizzled generously with cheddar cheese, sour cream and topped with your favorite Mexican flavors, guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeno, refried beans and ground beef. It’s another happy mess to eat and munch on.

Lighted toasted flour tortilla with chicken meat and cheese, served with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole on a bed of fresh lettuce.

This is one of my favorite dishes in Agave. The skewered steak cubes with roasted vegetables -juicy and tender meat with a hint of lime and grill flavor. The meat has the right medium doneness.
