My eyes flickered as I felt the sun’s warm kiss damping my face. Morning has broken. It’s time to rise and make most of the gift of life. Most of the time, I just jump out of my bed with a bounce, a growing excitement to what each day brings. I can fall in love today, who knows. Or today might mark the day of past pains finally being locked in forget. Whichever way, I whisper a prayer of thankfulness to the Good Lord for the life He breathes into me. He’s the greatest love of all, after all.
To get this fervor for life and bounce going throughout the day, eating breakfast is very vital. A hearty breakfast meal springs up a good start and sustains the morning vigor until the sun goes down. We’ve all heard that eating breakfast is good for your health. It is. We wish it could be done always with the luxury of time, peacefully without the rush of things needed to be accomplished or getting somewhere on time… but bottom line is breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
