Shang Palace

After two years, I was back in Hong Kong again.  It was a long weekend because June 9 was declared a holiday due to the Independence Day of June 12.  Eating dimsum in Hong Kong reminded me of Shang Palace.  It has that smooth taste. And slides beautifully down your throat (if that made any sense).  I like the ambience at Shang Palace as well.  And best of all, you don’t taste MSG on their food.  You don’t feel like you’re ultra thirsty afterwards.

The photos are grainy because I took it from my Sony Ericsson P910i then.  This was in 2006 around the Christmas holidays.  …My heart just twitched.  Sigh, I miss my grandpa.

Shang Palace for me is the best Chinese restaurant in the metro.
