A feast of spices and flavors, a hodgepodge of ingredients and intoxicating aromas from the land of silk await us hungry diners at The Cafe at Hyatt City of Dreams from July 17 to 24, 2016. The labor-intensive cuisine of Indian food is now at your fingertips with Chef Ajith Kumar from Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, New Delhi joining the team at The Cafe to give us a culinary journey of Gurgaon, India.
I hopped for a few seconds like a bunny after receiving this creative invite for a Sunday brunch / lunch at The Cafe. Other than getting an Indian spice rub (I’ve been inspired to cook lately for someone’s health reasons so this will just fit right in with me spending more time in the kitchen). You see, other than Mexican, my heart also has a special place for Indian food. There’s something about their cuisine that is so endlessly rich and tasty. Cardamon, cayenne, tamarind and other flavors form the pillars of what tastes so good to so many folks.
