I’ve been back to Tipsy Pig one time too many prior to this visit. And just this week, I was back twice. I think the new items ordered deserved a post.

The smaller version of Tipsy Pig’s Belly Good Sisig Tacos, perfectly cooked crispy pork belly made to a local favorite sisig, wrapped in tortilla with Asian soy garlic
I’ve been eyeing this since the first time I visited and finally got the chance to try it. It arrived on a chopping board shaped like a pig. I like the textural crunch of the chopped pork belly and the slightly sweet Asian soy garlic. Squeeze a little bit of the calamansi sap for a spritely finish.
The Flaming Wings P295
Crispy fried wings, overdose with homemade buffalo sauce, and Bleu cheese
It had the right amount of heat that doesn’t make you sweat but reels you in for a bit of intensity. The buffalo sauce that it’s tossed in clings to the wings cloyingly that gives maximum flavor.
Vineyard Pizza P470
Roasted garlic spread, tomato confit, pancetta, mozzarella, grapes, and fresh basil
Crust is good except that everything comes off after one delicious bite but I could finish this pizza all by myself.
