Can you believe I haven’t blogged about my trip to Spain last year? I can’t either. I’ve posted photos here and there and some videos on a few posts but other than those, I haven’t published a full entry on it. I’ve been trying to find a nice, quiet time in front of my laptop to relive the experience and write about it but other things get in the way. But dear readers, it’s coming soon alongside my series on Korea.

Peek at Beso Dishes
During a recent holiday, Bubba brought me to Beso Cucina Venotika at the Fort. The Bonifacio High Central is becoming the hot zone at the Fort with its slate of trendy and upscale restaurants. I’ve visited 4-5 restaurants in the area and no disappointments so far. I also welcome that it’s not as stuffy as the inside streets of Makati / Ortigas or in the malls. I enjoy the breezy landscape of the whole block.

Spiced Pork Meatballs in Tomato Sauce Php 195
The meatballs were quite tasty punching different aspects of flavor, from salty to a shade of spice to crumbly pork texture and some garlicky component that’s balanced off with the fresh and hearty tomato sauce. I’d order this again next time.
